The harbour is an important link between inland waterways and coastal waters and accommodates vessels up to 24 metres long, 15 metres wide and with a draught of 2.7 metres. The navigation season runs from 1 May to 30 September.
The entrance channel has a depth of 2.8 metres, while the berths have a depth of 2.6 metres. The harbour is located at coordinates 59°27'52.70″N, 28°02'43.77″E. Berths are allocated for a full season upon application, and general quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 06:00.
At the harbour you can get fresh water and shore power at the berths, dispose of waste in bins or waste houses, and empty bilge and wastewater at designated collection points. The harbour also has a slipway, where launching may be free or fee-based depending on the harbour; after launching, the slipway must be cleared immediately.
The harbour is located in Narva-Jõesuu, an old spa town with sanatoriums, restaurants, bars, shops, a museum, library and churches just a short walk from the quay. Moor at the quay and stroll into the historic spa town to enjoy the beach, the restaurants and the spa facilities the town is known for.
