Norra Hamn

Norra Hamn is Piteå municipality's largest small-boat marina, centrally located in town right by the water. The marina is also known as Nolia hamn or Norra småbåtshamnen and has a total of 159 berths, some of which are set aside for visiting boats.

Entry is from the north, but be aware of a power line north of the marina with a clearance of about 10 metres, which makes it difficult for masted boats to enter that way; the harbour can alternatively be reached via the Strömsundskanalen canal. The guest harbour is typically open during the summer season, from early June to early October.

At the guest berths you'll find OK Marina, where you can refuel with petrol and diesel, along with a small kiosk. There is also a newer service building with toilets and showers - including one accessible shower - plus laundry facilities and waste sorting.

Just a few minutes' walk from the pontoon brings you into central Piteå with supermarkets, a pharmacy, a state liquor store, a bank, a post office and the tourist information office. In the nearby Nolia area you'll find café Bryggan, and by the canal lies the pleasant Badhusparken, where a flea market is held every Saturday in summer alongside a café and an ice cream kiosk. Tie up at Piteå's largest marina and step straight into the town's summer buzz just a short walk from the berth.
