Ośrodek Wypoczynkowy UPH is located in a small, sheltered bay on Lake Święcajty, which connects to Lake Mamry, in the village of Ogonki between Giżycko (20 km) and Węgorzewo (8 km). The marina has room for about 20 boats and lies in a calm, green area that provides good safety for both sailors and their boats.

The marina offers toilets, showers and a laundry room, as well as a slipway for launching boats. There is a locked parking area, a barbecue spot and wooden tables with benches for pleasant gatherings. Guests can borrow bicycles and kayaks, and there is a clubroom and a table tennis table available.

Near the centre you'll find a guarded swimming beach, a playground, several restaurants, taverns and bars, as well as a grocery shop and water sports equipment rental. The area also offers nature reserves, museums in Giżycko, Kętrzyn and Węgorzewo, Hitler's headquarters 'Wilczy Szaniec' in Gierłoż, the medieval castle in Reszel and the sanctuary in Święta Lipka.
