About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Yachthafen de Molenwaard is a large marina with over 300 berths, beautifully situated in the water-rich province of Overijssel on the edge of the historic Hanseatic town of Hasselt. The marina takes boats up to 17 metres and has wide, lit pontoons with modern water and electricity connections.
The marina is open all year round, and you can book a berth via the marina's form.
On site you'll find heated sanitary facilities with toilets, washbasins and showers, plus a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. There is a diesel and petrol fuel station, two powerful pump-out units for wastewater and holding tanks, and an environmental station for oil, oil filters and batteries. A slipway with a hydraulic trailer and a powerful John Deere tractor (capacity up to 35 tonnes) can haul sailing yachts ashore with masts still stepped. There is also a chandlery with paint and work materials, a work area for maintenance and repairs, free wifi, and a large car park – part of it covered.
The marina lies right on the edge of the historic Hanseatic town of Hasselt, offering a wide range of shopping in the town centre.
