About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Pier 38 is a marina in the south-eastern part of Berlin, beautifully situated on the Krossinsee lake amid wooded surroundings. The marina has modern floating pontoons with more than 80 berths in shallow, medium and deep water, and welcomes leisure boats up to 15 metres.
Guest berths and permanent berths are offered for the season running from early April to the end of October. The rate for short-stay guests is €2.00 per metre of boat length per night, plus €5.00 per adult (children under 16 stay free), and electricity costs €0.75 per kWh. The harbour master gives you a warm welcome and helps with mooring.
All pontoons are fitted with electricity and water connections, lighting and WiFi. There is a centrally located sanitary building with toilets, showers and washing machines, open around the clock for all boaters. The marina has its own slipway, parking for cars, motorhomes and caravans, and a playground for children. WiFi covers the entire site.
From the marina you can walk directly to the nearby bathing beach on Krossinsee, and the restaurant "Kross-In" with its lakeside terrace is right by the harbour. Berlin's many sights are also within reach. Moor up at Pier 38, take a stroll along the shores of Krossinsee, and round off the day with sunset on the lakeside terrace.
