About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Cerbère is a seasonal marina in the south of France, tucked at the head of the bay between Cap Béar and Cap Creus, just one nautical mile from the Spanish border at Portbou. The marina sits in the heart of the village, right in front of the main beach, and forms part of the Parc naturel marin du golfe du Lion near the Cerbère-Banyuls nature reserve. From 15 May to 15 September the marina offers 190 berths in total (boats up to 12 metres) on floating pontoons, including 20 guest berths.
Depth is 2.1 metres at the crane and 3-8 metres out in the bay. The marina monitors VHF channel 9, and boats are received at the T-head at the end of pontoon 2. The harbour office is open in season every day from 07.30-11.30 and 16.00-19.30, and outside season on Tuesdays and Fridays 15.00-18.00; payment can be made by card, cheque or bank transfer. A reduced rate is offered for stays exceeding 100 nights.
On pontoon 2 and at the quay there is shore power and fresh water, and the marina has toilets and showers. Waste is sorted, with a container for used oil and a recycling point near the village. Wifi is available via a paid HotZone by arrangement with the harbour office, and there is a small workshop for minor repairs.
The marina lies just 300 metres from the village's shops and restaurants, with a fuel station 1 km away.
