About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026

Port Saint-Sauveur is a marina on the Canal du Midi, right in the heart of Toulouse, on the stretch listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and located halfway between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. The marina has capacity for around 40 boats and has held the Blue Flag (Pavillon Bleu) environmental label for 11 consecutive years since 2014.

The port welcomes boats passing through that may stay from one night to a week or even a month, as well as boats wintering from October to March-April. The harbour office, housed in the old restored freight warehouse with a view over the canal, is open Monday to Friday 9am-7pm and at weekends 9am-12pm and 3:30pm-6pm.

Boaters have 24-hour access to sanitary facilities via a badge system, plus showers and a laundry. Fresh water and shore power (16 A) are available at the berths, wifi is available at the harbour office, and there is a fuel station right at the foot of the harbour office. Nearby you'll find a refreshment kiosk overlooking the port, along with a grocery store, bakery and butcher.

The marina sits in the very centre of Toulouse, close to the city's shops and well served by public transport, making it easy to explore "the Pink City" and its historic centre. Come and moor at Port Saint-Sauveur and discover for yourself why boaters keep coming back.
