About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Marina Baiona occupies a prominent nautical spot in the southern part of the Rías Baixas in Galicia, at Av. Monterreal in Baiona, Pontevedra. The marina offers more than 330 berths for boats up to 40 metres and serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the Cíes Islands and the charm of Baiona. The entrance is designed for excellent manoeuvrability in any conditions, and the marina monitors VHF channel 9. Marina Baiona is noted as the last fuel stop before the border with Portugal. On site you'll find a harbour office, showers and toilets, free wifi, a launching ramp, fuel, drinking water and shore power at the berths, as well as parking for berth-holders and 24-hour access control. A fully equipped boatyard handles vessels up to 22 metres, offering mechanical repairs, crane and 50-tonne Travelift service, diving services, winter storage, and maintenance such as painting and cleaning. From the marina it's an easy walk into Baiona's old town, and you can combine sailing with diving, jet-ski rental and excursions, including trips to the scenic Cíes Islands. Berth at Marina Baiona and step straight into Baiona's historic centre, or set sail for the Cíes Islands from the marina's own quay.
