About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Porto di Cavallo lies by the island of Cavallo within the Bocche di Bonifacio nature park, between Corsica and Sardinia. The small marina has berths for 200 boats up to 40 metres in length, and every berth has fresh water and electricity. The marina features wooden pontoons and an outer granite breakwater that provides shelter without disturbing the surrounding nature.
The marina monitors VHF channel 9, and skilled mooring staff assist boats to their assigned berth with the help of support dinghies. A detailed weather and wind forecasting service is also available to guests.
The marina offers toilets and showers in dedicated shoreside buildings, wifi, waste collection, fire safety service and diving assistance. There is also on-site food supply as well as bicycle rental and electric golf carts for getting around the island.
Walk straight from your berth to the marina's small piazzetta, where the restaurant Le Bistrot serves lunch and dinner in an informal setting, while the restaurant La Ferme sits high on the island amid granite rocks. The exclusive Hotel des Pecheurs, with its bar, spa and piano bar evenings, lies in a natural bay nearby. Bonifacio's boutiques can be reached by taxi-boat, and the Sperone Golf Club is just 15 minutes away by boat. Moor at the marina's pontoons and discover the island's wild nature and exclusive charm up close.
