Predium hamn

Predium hamn is a scenic marina at Lappvik in the Tenala area of Finland, with a total of around 600 berths spread across several jetty companies (Tenala-Marina, Järnö Laiturit and Ten-Bryggor) plus the harbour's own rental berths at jetties 17-19.

Guest berths cost 25-30 €/night, and the fee includes access to toilets, waste disposal, pump-out and water at the jetty. Electricity costs an extra 5 €/night. The restaurant and shop are open Friday-Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 11am-5pm (kitchen closes an hour earlier), while the fuel station is open year-round with card and mobile payment.

The marina has a well-stocked chandlery-style shop selling boating equipment such as life vests, rope, oil and cleaning products, alongside groceries like milk, cold cuts, cheese, bread, grill sausages and drinks. There's a laundry for washing and drying clothes, free parking about 100 m from the beach, bike rental (20 €/day) and a beach sauna with running water for showers - just 10 €/hour for guest sailors.

Walk the short distance to the beach sauna and shore, or enjoy the view from the restaurant terrace with the chef's famous specialty burgers. Tie up at a guest berth and take advantage of the marina's full range of services right at the jetty.
