About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Przystań Kowale is located in Oborniki, Poland, on the banks of the Warta River near the mouth of the Wełna. The site combines a campsite, kayak and raft rental, and a cumowisko (mooring point) for boats, rather than a traditional marina.
Mooring costs per person per day: children 0-4 free, 4-12 years 30 zł, from 12 years 50 zł, and a short stop of under an hour is free. The campsite is open 25 April-20 September 2026, while campfires, kayaks and rafts are offered year-round.
On site you'll find 3 toilets, 2 showers and 4 washbasins, plus a dishwashing area with hot water. Guests have access to a shared kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar and an electric hotplate, a campfire area with firewood, a grill (briquettes available for purchase), party tents, a table-tennis table, a playground and parking on a monitored but unfenced area. You can also buy kayak equipment such as oars, paddles and life vests.
It's just a 10-minute walk to Oborniki town centre with its market square, restaurants and a nearby grocery store. A viewpoint up the hill offers a nice view, and you can swim directly in the Warta or Wełna. Moor at the cumowisko, pitch your tent under the willows, and stroll the 10 minutes into town.
