Rüdesheimer Yacht Club

Rüdesheimer Yacht Club (RYC) is a club marina in the picturesque Rüdesheimer Hafen on the Rhine, home to the club since 1960. The marina has a modern pontoon system with three jetties of different lengths and a total of 120 berths.

Guests are asked to notify their arrival in advance by phone or email to the harbourmaster and to fill in a registration form aboard the club ship »Dorotea«. Note that the entrance can be silted up at low water due to the Neerstrom current, and that RYC does not accept guests wanting to moor for just a few hours with rental boats, nor offshore boats with open exhaust systems, for environmental reasons.

On a floating pontoon right behind the club ship »Dorotea« you'll find the newer sanitary facility »Klo-thilde« with toilets. Guests can also borrow bicycles free of charge – they are kept at the exit of the middle jetty, and some have a tow hitch.

The club ship »Dorotea«, a converted coaster from Hamburg, serves as a floating clubhouse with a maritime-styled club room where you can meet members and enjoy a warm welcome. Moor up at the jetties in Rüdesheimer Hafen and soak up the charming atmosphere along this beautiful stretch of the Rhine.
