About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Scanport Havn is a small marina on the east coast of Amager, just north of Copenhagen Airport and close to the Øresund Bridge. The harbour was originally called Kastrup Harbour but was renamed Scanport Havn/Marina as the surrounding area was developed by Skanska Øresund into an international business district with offices and hotels.
The water depth at the harbour outlet is 4.5 metres, offering good conditions for boats with a deeper draft. Berths are leased out by Skanska Øresund A/S, and the marina offers two types of berths available for rent.
At the berths you'll find electricity and fresh water supplied via tally-key power posts, each fitted with four electrical outlets and a water connection. Note that the harbour is not under continuous supervision.
Just steps from your berth lies Amager Strandpark, with its large beach and park area, ice cream kiosks, cafés, kayak rental, kitesurfing, windsurfing and mini-golf, plus various outdoor training facilities — and the area regularly hosts events and concerts. Northern Europe's largest aquarium, Den Blå Planet, is also right nearby, along with several hotels and conference facilities. Tie up at Scanport Havn and discover this unique, international corner of Amager close to both city and beach.
