Schoners Wehr

Marina Schoners Wehr is a yacht charter marina on the River Havel, just 15 minutes from the centre of Brandenburg an der Havel, located at river kilometre 56.398 on the right bank right in front of Vorstadtschleuse. Built in 2004, the marina serves as a base for houseboat holidays on the Brandenburg Havel lakes and onward to Potsdam, Berlin and the Müritz.

The fuel berth is open during the season from 9:00 to 18:00, though longer waiting times can occur on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays between 13:00 and 17:00 due to boat handovers. Electricity and fresh water are available at the pontoon, along with pump-out facilities.

The marina offers sanitary facilities, pump-out, electricity and fresh water directly at the berths, as well as its own fuel station with diesel and super petrol. There is an open-air restaurant with a large terrace by the water, serving regional cuisine and fish specialities Thursday to Monday from 11:30 to 21:00 (kitchen closes at 20:00), closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Children can play at the marina's playground.

Brandenburg an der Havel's old town, with its over 1000-year-old historic quarter and cathedral, can be reached on foot from the marina. Moor up at the pontoon, enjoy the fish specialities on the wind-sheltered terrace, and take the short walk into the historic town centre.
