About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Sejerø Lystbådehavn lies on the sunshine island of Sejerø in the Kattegat and is a former fishing and ferry harbour with room between the mole heads for around 150 boats. The marina has long outer piers as well as pile berths in the inner harbour and is very easy to enter, both day and night, though the western mole head tends to silt up. Depths in the harbour range from 3.5 metres down to 2 metres, and vessels up to about 50 metres can be accommodated, as long as their draft does not exceed the depth.
The marina offers good facilities: showers and toilets, an outdoor kitchen, a sailors' lounge with wifi, fuel, a playground, a laundry, and a barbecue area. A few small-scale fishermen still work from the harbour, so with a bit of luck you can buy a fish for dinner right at the quay.
There are two restaurants at the harbour, Café Sejerø and SejerØhuset. About 1 km from the marina lies Sejerby, with the Dagli'Brugsen grocery store (a hand cart for your goods is available at the harbour), bicycle rental, the Sejerø Købmands Museum and a Kulturhus.
Tie up along one of the long outer piers or a pile berth in the inner harbour, and take the short walk of less than a kilometre into Sejerby for supplies or a meal at one of the harbour's restaurants.
