About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Silkeborg Motorbådklub (SMK) is a private motorboat club that was established in 1976 and is based in Silkeborg. The club's main facility is located at Indelukket in the southern part of Silkeborg, right in the heart of the Silkeborg lake system, and the club also has grounds at Kirsebærgrunden, Sejsgrunden and Himmelbjerggrunden.
At Indelukket (Åhave Allé 9C) there is a concrete slipway you can drive straight down to, along with good toilet and parking facilities. The municipality's guest berths in the area are rented on a first-come, first-served basis and only by contacting the harbourmaster; the price is DKK 160 per day during week 26-31, while the price for all other periods is DKK 110 per day.
As a club member you can stay overnight in the harbour for free and use its facilities (shore power, showers, etc.). At Indelukket you'll also find fuel sales, an environmental room where members can drop off waste oil, coolant and oil filters, as well as Indelukkets Spisested - a restaurant attached to the club's buildings. The area also has an ice-cream kiosk and mini-golf.
Indelukket is a wooded park area with pleasant paths, and a short walk leads you to several eateries nearby. Moor up at Indelukket, take a stroll along the paths, and round off the day with an ice cream from the kiosk or a meal at Indelukkets Spisested.
