About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Skeppsviken is a small marina and district in the southern part of Uddevalla, located on the Byfjorden inlet. The harbour is part of Uddevalla municipality's combined guest harbour network together with Södra kajen, Gustafsberg, Rödön/Lindesnäs, Ljungskile and Mollön, and holds a total of around 150 boat berths.
The harbour has a depth of around 3 metres, and guest berths cost from 250 SEK per night, with weekly rates applied. Check-in takes place at Uddevalla Turistcenter in Gamla Badhuset, which is open from 1 May to 30 September.
At the pontoon there is access to shore power, wireless internet and fresh water. About 500 metres from the guest harbour service there is a fuel pump open during the season. At the nearby small-boat harbour at Svenskholmen there is also a toilet, and parking is available close by.
Skeppsviken is known as Uddevalla's most central bathing spot, with a fine beach of sand, rocks and grassy areas. You'll find a mini-golf course, an activity park and the popular Strandpromenaden promenade, which starts right here, all within easy walking distance. Berth at Skeppsviken and enjoy both marina life and the town's inviting seaside atmosphere on the same stroll.
