About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Solnes Båthavn lies in the Tønsberg fjord (Vestfjorden), just outside Melsomvik in Vestfold, on the outskirts of Tønsberg. The marina has around 225 berths and also offers a few guest berths for passing sailors. Just outside the harbour lies Gåsøkalven with several fine alongside berths.
Guest berths are limited in number but available for boats stopping over on their way.
The pontoons have electricity and a toilet, and the marina has a waste container for residual waste from boats; users must sort their own waste and take chemicals, oil and antifouling paint to the recycling station.
It's about a 25-minute walk to the shop in Melsomvik and around 50 minutes to Stokke centre, where you'll find several shops and a state off-licence. Tie up at one of the guest berths and stroll into Melsomvik for supplies.
