Sportboothafen Mainstockheim

Sportboothafen Mainstockheim is the idyllic marina of Motor Yacht Club Ansbach e.V. on the River Main, surrounded by green areas with birch trees. The marina is open from early April to early October and welcomes boats up to 12 m in length, 1.8 m draft and 10 tonnes weight.

Guest berths are allocated according to the boat's size and weight; availability can be checked by contacting the harbour and berth coordinator. The nightly rate is €18 for boats up to 7 m, €25 for 7-9 m and €30 from 9 m, including electricity, fresh water, sanitary facilities and waste disposal. The slipway can be used for €10 per launch or haul-out, Monday-Friday 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00, Saturday-Sunday 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 - prior telephone booking is required.

The marina has a clubhouse with modern toilet and shower facilities, serving as a central meeting point for guests and members. There is a well-maintained pontoon system providing safe access to the boats, plus a slipway for launching and hauling out. Chemical toilets may not be emptied in the clubhouse or the toilet container, but can be disposed of at the municipal disposal station opposite the Fährhaus. Free public parking is available for cars and trailers.

The marina lies at Main km 290.7 on the right bank, close to the Fährhaus. Moor up at the pontoon, take a stroll through the green surroundings, and enjoy the calm of the water at this peaceful spot by the river.
