About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Stabergs Båtklubb is a member-owned marina in Staberg, about ten kilometres from central Falun along road 69 towards Hedemora, nicely sheltered in the Stabergsviken bay on Lake Runn. The site was once home to a brickworks that operated until spring 1970, and the harbour now offers around 160 berths spread across several jetties (A–D) and quays.
Guest berths are available on the outer part of D-jetty, where visitors can moor temporarily for a fee of SEK 50 per day or SEK 300 per week (Swish payment accepted). Shore power and fresh water are available at every jetty. Within the harbour a speed limit of three knots and a no-wake rule apply to boats, while the gravel access road has a 20 km/h limit.
The clubhouse in the middle of the harbour has toilets, showers, a function room and a kitchen. The marina runs its own fuel berth selling petrol and diesel via card payment, plus a pump-out facility for holding tanks that the club built itself in 2011. There is also a slipway and a mast crane between the B- and C-jetties, with a depth of about two metres at that jetty. Trailers and cars are parked along the fence line.
Follow the short gravel road from the harbour across the main road (riksväg 69) and you'll find the neighbouring Stabergs Krog, offering lunch or a coffee break just a few minutes' walk from your berth. Tie up at D-jetty and make Stabergs your stop on Lake Runn.
