Stichting Jachthaven Wartena

Jachthaven Wartena is Friesland's largest non-profit marina, beautifully situated in the heart of the Frisian lake district by Nationaal Park De Alde Feanen. The marina has 600 berths spread across nine jetties and welcomes sailing yachts, motorboats and sloops up to 25 metres.

Both permanent berth holders and visiting boats are welcome. At the start of each jetty you'll find an electricity connection, a drinking-water tap and a hose to fill your water tank, and 95% of the berths have finger or side jetties running the full length of the boat. The marina is open daily from 1 April to 1 October, 8:30am-12pm and 1pm-6pm, and the rest of the year on weekdays 8:30am-12pm and 1pm-4:30pm (closed weekends).

In the new sanitary building (2022) you'll find spacious toilets, showers (tokens available at the harbour office), a disabled-accessible space with baby facilities, a washing machine and dryer, and underfloor heating throughout. At the marina entrance there's a fuel station with petrol, diesel and GTL, plus gas bottles and a small range of cleaning and maintenance products. Bilge and waste water can be pumped out at the pump-out station, and chemical toilets can be emptied at the bunker station next to the sanitary building. All jetties have 240V shore power, and the marina offers free wifi.
