About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Ulvik guest marina is a municipal guest harbour in the centre of the village of Ulvik, at the innermost end of the Ulvikafjorden, a side arm of the Hardangerfjord in Vestland county. The harbour offers 12–15 guest berths right at the heart of the village.
The harbour is open every day from 7 am to 11 pm. Note that spring tides can cause a water level difference of up to one and a half metres, so avoid mooring too tightly. The guest fee starts at 150 NOK per day for a berth; adding electricity brings the total to 200 NOK, a shower pass costs 50 NOK, and the full package (berth, electricity and shower) costs 230 NOK per day. Payment is made via the GoMarina app.
On the quay you'll find toilets and showers, plus laundry facilities by the café on the pier. Electricity is available at the northern part of the wooden quay, while the only water hose is located on the eastern section of the floating dock. The harbour has a waste/environmental station, a boat launching ramp, parking and a playground, and it's a short walk to a restaurant, café, kiosk and grocery store. Fuel isn't available right at the quay, but you can walk to the petrol station (about 5 minutes) or sail to a fuel pump on the other side of the fjord, 500 metres away.
Within walking distance you'll find Ulvik's shops and attractions, including the Olav H. Hauge Centre.
