About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Västerbrohamnen is Stockholms Segelsällskap's guest harbour in central Stockholm at Smedsuddsvägen 13 on Lake Mälaren – described by the harbour itself as Mälaren's most central marina.
Bookings and payment are handled through the Dockspot app/website, and SSS members get two free guest nights at the marina.
The marina has a clubhouse with toilets, showers, a laundry room, a kitchen and a harbour office. Water and electricity are available on the pontoons, along with a waste station for household rubbish, glass recycling and oil, as well as a pump-out facility. At the far end of the pontoon there is a sauna available for hire, and tables and chairs on the dock are free to use. Grilling is only allowed at the designated barbecue spots in the harbour area – disposable barbecues are not permitted. There are also about 15 parking spaces, usable for up to two days at a time.
The marina is close to Rålambshovsparken («Rålis»), with food trucks and a Boule Bar, and to Smedsuddsbadet for a swim. After a roughly 10-minute walk up a small path to the left of the gate you reach Hemköp, a pharmacy and a Systembolaget, and a stroll along Norr Mälarstrand takes you on to the Stadshuset.
