Ventspils Marina

Ventspils Marina is a marina in Ventspils, Latvia, on the eastern Baltic coast, situated on the southern bank of the Venta river. The marina offers 50 berths for yachts and motor yachts, with a 110 m long, 3.5 m deep mooring zone. Approach is via the northwest fairway from the lit buoy B, leading into the outer harbour between two breakwaters, after which you turn into the fishing harbour and marina on the left (south) side. Guest berth prices per day start from 30.00 EUR for yachts up to 15 m, 35.00 EUR for yachts 15–20 m, and 40 EUR for catamarans and yachts above 20 m. The price includes water, electricity, showers and toilets with a door code, WiFi, and municipal waste disposal; an extra charge applies for toilet use by crews of more than 4 people. The marina has a 35-tonne crane for lifting yachts in and out of the water, plus secured winter storage ashore using Schilstra cradles. Facilities also include a marina café, a sauna, a laundry service for washing and drying clothes, and e-bike rental. The marina lies just 200 metres from a Blue Flag beach and 2 km from Ventspils city centre with its shops and entertainment. Moor at the 3.5 m deep quay and stroll the 200 metres to the Blue Flag beach, or hop on one of the marina's e-bikes into town.
