Wassersportverein Bederkesa e. V. is based at Am Kanal 37 in Bad Bederkesa, a small lake and canal harbour with an associated club for canoeing, sailing, rowing and surfing.

Visiting watersports enthusiasts are always welcome outside club events and are asked to notify the board in advance. There is ample room for overnight stays in tents, caravans or motorhomes on a natural meadow bordered by trees and bushes next to the club. Guests are asked to pay according to the club's guest fee schedule via a form found in the box in front of the clubhouse (kasino), as well as a municipal guest tax to the town of Geestland – €3 per night from 1 April to 31 October and €1.50 per night the rest of the year.

The club's boathouse and lounge with kitchen can be rented for parties and events.
