Wassersportverein Buckau-Fermersleben e.V. is a sailing and canoeing club founded in 1911, with sections both on the Elbe in Magdeburg and on the Plauer See near Brandenburg (Plaue). With more than 300 members, it is the largest watersports club in Saxony-Anhalt.

The club also welcomes guests at its campsite and boat harbour in both Magdeburg and Plaue. The 2026 season opened in Magdeburg on Friday, 3 April, and in Plaue on Sunday, 12 April. The winter break begins each year around 10 October, when the harbour masters can no longer receive guests; the new season usually starts in mid-April.

The club also hosts several regattas, including the Ostereierregatta and the Eierlikör-Pokal for O-Jolle dinghies on the Plauer See and Breitlingsee.
