Watersportbedrijf "de Lits"

Watersportbedrijf de Lits is a marina in the heart of the Fryske Wâlden, centrally located between Burgumer Mar and de Leien, between Drachten and Burgum in Friesland. The marina has 225 berths for boats up to 12 metres and is secured with a barrier.

The marina offers shore power at the pontoons, a water point, a wastewater station and a pump-out point for chemical toilets. There is a sanitary building with toilets and showers, plus a laundry with washer and dryer. The marina provides free wifi, sale of bottled and camping gas, ample parking, a slipway, a crane with a capacity of up to 6 tonnes, and a hydraulic boat trailer rated to 15 tonnes. In the do-it-yourself shed you can maintain your own boat, and the marina sells spare parts, paint and varnish.

Within two minutes you're out on open water at Burgumer Mar, from where you can reach the de Leien nature area and the Lits-Lauwersmeer route past Earnewâld, de Alde Feanen, de Veenhoop and Drachten. In the village of Eastermar you can do your shopping or eat out.
