About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Watersportvereniging Eijsden runs a marina in the village of Eijsden, just south of Maastricht, situated on an old arm of the river Maas in the middle of the Eijsder Beemden nature area. The marina lies by a gravel pit lake surrounded by hilly countryside, with plenty of walking to be done.
Visiting sailors are always welcome, but mooring is only permitted at berths marked with a green sign reading 'VRIJ'. The maximum boat length at this marina is 11 metres. The pontoon and clubhouse are electronically secured, and on arrival the harbourmaster gives you an access code which opens both the gate on the bridge and the clubhouse door.
The marina offers water, electricity, toilets, showers and a pump-out station.
The village of Eijsden is 1.2 km from the marina and has various shops and eateries, Gronsveld is 4.4 km away and Maastricht 8.4 km. From the marina you can also easily sail on to Liège or to Maastricht. Moor at a berth marked 'VRIJ' and take the short walk into Eijsden for shopping and dining.
