Westmeri Jahisadam is a small-craft marina in Haapsalu with a total of 85 berths, including 10 guest berths, plus 50 winter storage spaces. The marina monitors VHF channel 11 (call sign "Westmer").

The approach follows a fairway marked with red and green buoys. The marina can accommodate vessels up to L=24 m, B=4 m, T=2.4 m. Water levels typically vary between +60 and -60 cm relative to Amsterdam "0", mainly caused by S and SW winds. The marina has six piers: one for the marina's own vessels, four for guests and customers, and one fuel berth. Guest berths cost from €25 for boats under 6 m up to €45 for boats up to 18 m per 24 hours, booked and paid online via the Nutisadam app, which also grants access to gates, toilet doors and the sauna. The season starts on 1 May 2025.

Facilities include shore power up to 10A, drinking water, wifi, waste disposal, toilets, showers and a sauna (free for up to 2 hours for up to 6 people), a washing machine, and a grill area. There is also a slipway, usable for €5 per launch/haul.
