WSV Alphen aan den Rijn

WSV Alphen aan den Rijn is a friendly members' marina on the Heimanswetering in the Groene Hart region of the Netherlands, with direct access to the many lakes and waterways nearby. The marina has been operating for over 35 years and is run by its members, with the atmospheric clubship De Lis as its hub, featuring a large terrace.

Entry is through the jachthavenbrug, where the maximum passage dimensions are 4.50 m wide and 2.00 m deep; passing boats must be no longer than 14 m. Inside the marina the depth is about 2.00 m with a soft bottom. The bridge operates during the season (1 April-1 November) daily from 08.00 to 20.00, and visiting yachtsmen must call the harbourmaster to request an opening. Outside the season (1 November-31 March) the marina is closed. Right after the bridge you can moor to port at the reporting jetty.

On the pontoons you'll find electricity (16A) via blue posts, and free drinking water - though it may not be used to wash your boat. Free pump-out is available via a pump at the reporting jetty, and chemical toilets can be emptied in a dedicated rinsing basin at the same spot. Toilets and showers are included in the berthing fee for up to 4 crew members. The marina has a washing machine and dryer for a small fee, free wifi, and loan bicycles for daily errands in the area. The marina grounds are locked with a code between 20.00 and 08.00.
