WSV 'De Gouden Ham'

WSV 'De Gouden Ham' is a friendly club marina at Maasbommel offering good modern facilities for sailors.

Every pontoon has lighting, running water and electricity (camping-style plug, 4A). Onboard holding-tank toilets are not permitted in the marina. The clubhouse has toilets and coin-operated showers, and there is a laundry room with a hand-wash sink plus a washing machine and dryer (5 euros). A waste container on the marina grounds accepts small amounts of household rubbish, while chemical waste may not be left behind. By the water you'll find a small playground and a petanque court. The clubhouse canteen has seasonal opening hours, and the harbourmaster is available at set times or reachable by phone outside those hours.

In Maasbommel, close to the marina, there is a supermarket, a bakery, a souvenir shop and a DIY store, plus several eateries: eterij 'De Pont', snack bar 'Bommelke' and a pancake restaurant. A doctor is available in the village, while a dentist is a 5-minute drive away in Beneden Leeuwen.

Tie up at the pontoon and stroll into Maasbommel for fresh supplies or a meal at 'De Pont'.
