About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026WSV De Maas is a club marina in Venlo on the river Maas, about 3 km north of the city centre, with 200 permanent berths. The club also runs a city harbour in central Venlo with 30 guest berths. The maximum boat length in the marina is 20 metres.
Berths cannot be reserved in advance, and payment is by card only. Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 07:00, and you are expected to vacate your berth by 14:00 on the day of departure (campers by 12:00). Every berth has shore power (max 10 A) with a coin meter.
The marina offers free showers and drinking water (bring your own hose), free pump-out for chemical toilets and waste tanks, diesel and bottled gas, plus sorted waste containers. The toilet building has a washing machine and dryer (coins from the harbour master). Bicycles can be borrowed against a deposit, and there is free wifi, a playground with a sandbox, and a barbecue area with a picnic table. Above the harbour office you'll find restaurant Paviljoen aan de Maas, with a great view over the marina and the river.
From the marina you can cycle out into the region to Grubbenvorst, the cosy Arcen, the castle village of Baarlo or idyllic Kessel, while Venlo's city centre is just 3 km away. Moor at the city harbour or the club marina, borrow a bike and explore the Maas valley around Venlo.
