About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Watersportvereniging Kraggenburg is a marina by the Voorsterbos woods in Noordoostpolder, about 1 km past the Voorstersluis lock, surrounded by Natuurmonumenten forest. The marina has 97 permanent berths and around 40 guest berths, where you can moor along the quay or in a box berth.
The guest berths lie along the passantenkade, close to the harbour office, which sits in the middle of the marina between the guest quay and the permanent berths. The harbourmaster is not present all day but can be reached when needed.
Toilet and shower facilities are available in several spots: a shower building at the front of the marina with one shower for women and one for men (1 euro per shower) plus a toilet, and a simple toilet building in the middle of the marina. Shore power along the quay is free for guests, fused at 6 amps. Pump-out of your holding tank is free but must be operated by the harbourmaster, and drinking water can be taken on at a dedicated berth right next to the harbour office for 50 eurocents per 120 litres. There is a car park with room for about 30 cars.
The marina borders directly on the Voorsterbos nature area, great for walking and cycling, with a dog-walking area nearby. The Waterloopbos visitor centre is about a 20-minute bike ride away, and Museum Schokland is within easy cycling distance. Moor at the guest quay and cycle out to explore Waterloopbos or Museum Schokland.
