About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026WVG Gouda is a modestly equipped club marina in Gouda, founded in 1978 and opened in 1984, located right next to the 'Staande Mast-route'. The club has around 70 members, of whom 48 have a permanent berth in the marina, and guest berths become available in summer.
Slow sailing is required in the marina, and drinking water is available on the pontoon. Shore power is available, including a charging option for electric boats at 16 amps, and guests can pump out their waste water tank for a fee. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for use at a charge, as well as bicycle rental by the day or half-day. Wi-Fi is available in part of the marina.
Gouda's historic centre lies about a 20-minute walk from the marina. On the market square you'll find the beautiful town hall from 1448, surrounded by pleasant cafés and eateries, as well as the Grote Sint Janskerk – at 123 metres the longest church in the Netherlands, famous for its stained-glass windows.
Moor at WVG Gouda and walk the roughly 20 minutes into Gouda's historic centre with its town hall and the famous Sint Janskerk.
