About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Yachtclub St. Goar is a club-run marina on the Rhine, located about 1.2 km downstream from the town harbour, outside the centre of St. Goar, at the end of "Hafen Hunt". The marina lies between Lahnstein and Bingen, in the heart of the Mittelrheintal, near the Loreley, and offers a quiet alternative to a berth right in town. There are guest and permanent berths for boats up to 14 metres in length.
A sandbank lies at the harbour entrance and is periodically dredged; keep to the left when entering and to the right when leaving, and navigate carefully. For special enquiries, the harbourmaster can be contacted.
The facility is well maintained, with a sun island and beach chairs for relaxing.
The marina is centrally located for sailors exploring the Rhine between Lahnstein and Bingen. Tie up at the recently renewed jetty and enjoy the peace and quiet amid nature, close to the Loreley.
