About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Yachtclub Uelzen e.V. runs a naturally landscaped, well-kept marina directly on the Elbe-Seitenkanal, canal kilometre 65.9, about 3 km outside the town of Uelzen. The marina has 45 permanent berths for boats up to 16 m in length and 5.50 m in beam, plus a 60 m guest pontoon. Note the maximum draught of 1.35 m, especially for sailing boats. At the guest pontoon (marked in red) you'll find shore power, water and a pump-out facility, along with a well-equipped slipway for launching. The sanitary building offers showers, toilets and a disabled toilet, and there is a washing machine and dryer available. The marina also offers a barbecue area with seating, a staffed club restaurant with terrace, free bicycle rental, a nearly new playground, and free WiFi throughout the clubhouse and marina grounds. Tie up at the 60-metre guest pontoon, enjoy the peaceful canal-side setting, and head straight over to the club restaurant for a meal after a day on the water.
