About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Yliskylän venesatama is a club-run marina in the Yliskylä district of Laajasalo, Helsinki, operated by the active boating club Yliskylän Venekerho ry, founded in 1968. The harbour is sheltered, with four jetties and a fenced, lit and supervised boatyard area right by the shore. The club also runs its own excursion harbour on the island of Långö south of Emäsalo.
The clubhouse includes a sauna, sanitary facilities and a workshop, and there is parking right by the jetties. The marina has its own pump-out station for holding tanks and accepts a wide range of waste from boats – mixed waste, packaging plastic, batteries, solid oily waste, waste oil, paint and solvents, coolants and fluorescent tubes.
The marina has good connections by both car and public transport. Right nearby you'll find the Hevossalmen uimaranta swimming beach and a marked walking and ski trail between Hevossalmi and Yliskylä, offering nature experiences all year round.
Tie up at the jetties of Yliskylän venesatama and discover a friendly, club-run harbour with good facilities and scenic surroundings right on your doorstep.
