About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 20261. Motorbootclub Obertheres e.V. runs a small sports harbour on the Main at km 350.4, near the locks at Ottendorf and Knetzgau. The harbour has a floating pontoon with 43 berths for boats up to 8 x 3 m and 5 tonnes, of which 4 berths are reserved for visiting boaters.
The entrance to the sheltered harbour is 8 m wide and monitored by video. Water depth is 1.10-2.50 m at normal water levels. Berthing fees are charged per started metre of boat length per day (€2.00), electricity costs €3.00 per day, and pump-out costs €3.00. Guests must register at the clubhouse, and valid liability insurance must be shown to the harbourmaster before entering.
The pontoon has a water connection and guest electricity, and there is a pump-out facility in the harbour area. Sanitary facilities with toilets and showers are available, with a small charge of €0.50 for showers. The harbour also has a slipway, trailer parking, and a boat-washing area.
The nearest road fuel station is in Haßfurt, about 5 km from the harbour. Tie up at one of the four guest berths on the floating pontoon and walk ashore to the clubhouse to register your arrival.
