About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Langebro in Ålsgårde is a small dinghy harbour by a historic bathing jetty, managed by Helsingør Havne together with the local association Ålsgårde Brolaug. The site lies six kilometres northwest of Helsingør and is regarded as Ålsgårde's landmark and the most used public gathering place for residents. There are more than 50 trailer berths for dinghies at the site.
Berths are primarily reserved for residents registered in Helsingør Municipality, and enquiries about a dinghy berth are made to Helsingør Havne. Maximum dinghy size is 600 x 200 cm, and Brolauget operates an electric winch that makes it easier to launch and haul out dinghies.
At the adjoining bathing jetty/beach there is a toilet, including accessible access to both the jetty and the toilet facilities.
The area is known for its long bathing jetty with Blue Flag status and a beach stretching around 200 metres on both sides of the jetty. Every year a Sankt Hans bonfire is held with speeches and refreshments, and in summer there is a jetty festival with live music, children's activities and barbecue food. Ålsgårdecentret is within walking distance, and a little further away you'll find Julebækstrand in Hellebæk and the Kulturhuset Bølgen cultural centre. Come and experience the special atmosphere at Ålsgårde's cosy landmark.
