About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026The municipal Aanloophaven is one of Huizen's four municipal harbours – a small approach harbour on the Gooimeer in the Netherlands, where visiting boats moor in the so-called Draaikom.
You enter via a roughly 1.2 km well-marked channel from the Gooimeer with a maximum depth of 1.90 metres. The channel leads to a lifting bridge with 3 metres of clearance, which opens on request by phone; further inside the harbour there are additional fixed bridges with the same 3-metre clearance. Boats under 3 metres in height can moor in the Draaikom by the shopping centre, while taller boats must stay before the fixed bridge on the north side. The guest berth rate is €1.25 per metre per night, and the harbourmaster can be reached by phone.
Right by the quay in the Draaikom is the Oostermeent shopping centre, so you can step ashore directly for groceries and other errands.
Steer into the Draaikom, where the shopping centre is just a few steps from the quay.
