Amtoft Havn

Amtoft Harbour is a small, cozy marina in the Limfjord, situated centrally on the fjord's coastline with views of Feggerøn, Mors, Livø, and Fur – a couple of nautical miles northeast of the deep Feggesund, between Løgstør and Thisted. The harbour is an ideal starting point for trips around the fjord and is shared with a few small commercial fishing boats, which fish mainly for oysters.

Approach conditions to the harbour are good. In 2023 a major expansion of the port was completed, with new pillars and bridges, and the entrance channel has been deepened to 2.70 metres. The harbour now has around 130 berths, about 20 of which are alongside, and can welcome boats up to a maximum of 20 metres in length and 4.5 metres in beam. As a guest sailor, you have access to the clubhouse around the clock.

In the clubhouse you will find good kitchen and dining facilities as well as toilets and showers, and shore power and fresh water are available at the berths. Diesel fuel can be arranged for at the harbour with advance notice. Outside there is a barbecue area with tables and benches and an approved playground.

Just a short walk from the harbour you'll find a grocery store and a café, and right next to the harbour area lies a small, cozy campsite. East of the harbour is an attractive, very child-friendly beach.
