About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026

Yacht Club Ancora is a private marina in Stintino, in north-western Sardinia, close to the well-known La Pelosa beach. The harbour has 100 berths and can accommodate boats up to 20 metres in length.

The marina's sheltered position at the head of the bay allows boats to enter and moor regardless of weather conditions. The seabed is sandy, with a depth of around 1-2 metres inside the harbour basin.

On the adjoining beach there is a seawater swimming pool along with sunbed and parasol rental, supervised daily by lifeguards. Hotel Club Ancora and Cala Rosa Club Hotel are both located nearby.

Thanks to its strategic position, Yacht Club Ancora is an excellent base for exploring the most beautiful coastlines and beaches of north-western Sardinia, including La Pelosa, the coast around Castelsardo, Alghero, Argentiera and the island of Asinara. Moor up here and let the sheltered harbour and nearby beaches be your starting point for exploring the area.
