About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Arendal Marina is probably Southern Norway's largest and most popular guest marina with more than 5,000 boat overnight stays during the summer months, offering a total of around 170 berths. The marina lies centrally in Arendal, at Rådhusgaten 18, and covers both Tyholmen and Pollen.
Guest berths in Tyholmen cost from NOK 425 per night for boats up to 32 feet (including water, internet, pump-out, toilet, electricity and shower), NOK 555 for boats up to 50 feet, and NOK 690 for boats over 51 feet (up to 20 tonnes). In Pollen, a guest berth costs NOK 450 per night including 25 kWh of electricity and water, paid via Vipps during 18 May-31 August. Facilities in Tyholmen are only available 19 June-16 August, daily 07:00-23:00, and the marina is staffed 07:00-19:30 during the same period. Latest check-out is 14:00.
Each berth has its own power outlet, controlled via the Havneweb app. The red facility building houses toilets, showers (family, women's and men's) plus washing machines and tumble dryers - access is via a facility code. Behind the building you'll find waste stations and free pump-out. Free wifi is available as far as capacity allows, and fuel (petrol/diesel) can be found at Marina in Barbu.
The centrally located marina is within walking distance of a shopping centre, grocery shops and the Vinmonopolet. Tie up at one of the roughly 170 berths in Tyholmen or Pollen and take the short walk into town.
