About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Arendal Seilforening's guest marina is located on the small island of Lille Brattholmen, just outside Galtesund at the entrance to Arendal. The marina occupies its own island with piers on several sides and forms part of Arendal Seilforening's facilities around Seilerhytta in historic surroundings.
Mooring is a combination of fixed quay and floating pontoon. The marina is staffed with a host during the summer holidays, and payment is made via Vipps.
On the piers you have access to shore power and fresh water. There are toilets, showers (for paying guests) and a washing machine available for rent. A sauna is also available for a fee. In the evening the gas grill is lit, and at the kiosk you can buy ice cream, waffles, hot dogs, soft drinks and coffee. There is also a playground for children.
It's a short walk to the town of Arendal and its other activities and attractions - a charming little island to explore on your own.
