About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Assens Marina is a lively marina with 580 berths, beautifully located on Næs by the Little Belt, side by side with a working shipyard and the industrial harbour.
Guest berths can be found throughout the harbour on pontoons A-H and Z – look for the green vacancy sign, which shows the berth size, and simply moor up without booking. Harbour fees are paid per day at the machine by the marina office: DKK 195 for boats up to 10 m, DKK 225 for 10-12 m and DKK 265 for boats over 12 metres, always including electricity and water. The receipt gives you the code for the toilet building and Wi-Fi.
The harbour offers nice shower and toilet facilities by the marina office, washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee at the machine, electricity and water on all pontoons, and Wi-Fi throughout the harbour. There's a mast crane for free self-service and a large crane bookable at the office, plus a slipway with a barrier. Marine diesel is available at the service quay, and motorhomes can empty toilets and refill water. The area also has a marine equipment shop, barbecue areas, a playground with a zip line and pirate ship, and a crab-fishing pier. Restaurant Maagen sits right on the marina, along with an ice-cream and grill bar and free bicycles to borrow at the office.
It's 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store and a 15-minute walk to Assens' historic town centre with shops and restaurants.
