About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Bootsclub Achim is a small marina at Weser kilometre 341, idyllically located in the Achim district of Uesen between Achim and Thedinghausen, well sheltered right by the Weserbrücke bridge. The marina has 60 berths for boats of 5-10 metres, 2 berths for yachts over 10 metres, and 8 guest berths.
When entering, keep to the right of the centre of the entrance channel. The harbour normally has a minimum depth of 1.50 metres at all water levels, though this cannot be guaranteed. The mooring season runs from April to October, and the harbour entrances are monitored by video. The marina can be safely reached via a ramp from its own car park.
The berth fee includes use of toilets and showers, as well as water and electricity charges (excluding heating). The marina's own restaurant, Bootshaus, sits right by the harbour and serves food and drinks while you watch the comings and goings on the water - table reservations are recommended.
Within walking distance you'll find a Rewe supermarket and bakery (800 m), a petrol station (1 km), and a Bürgerbus stop (500 m); the railway station is 2.5 km away. Several bathing coves, including the well-known Bacardi Beach, lie close by, and there's a weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Tie up at one of the 8 guest berths and stroll the 800 metres to Rewe, or enjoy dinner at Bootshaus overlooking the harbour.
