About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Club Náutico Los Nietos is a marina and sailing club on the Mar Menor lagoon, located in the village of Los Nietos within the municipality of Cartagena in the Murcia region of Spain. It is one of the larger marinas on the Mar Menor with 432 berths for boats from 4 to 16 metres, arranged across four jetties and three quays built as a protected island-like structure connected to shore by a bridge.
The entrance channel has a depth of 2.30 metres, while the depth at the berths is 1.70 metres. The marina lies 0.9 nautical miles from the Islas Menores marina and 3.4 nautical miles from Los Urrutias.
All berths have free electricity and water, and the marina offers assistance with mooring manoeuvres as well as a support boat. Facilities include a lifting crane, a launch ramp, changing rooms and showers, a restaurant and a bar. The car park offers more than 100 free spaces for members and marina users.
Los Nietos is a former small fishing village with a train connection to Cartagena, and the town beach extends on either side of the marina.
