Dalben 28

Dalben 28 is a small marina in the Gehlsdorf-Langenort district of Rostock, situated on the Unterwarnow. The marina is located in Rostock-Langenort on the north bank of the Unterwarnow. The harbour lies in Gehlsdorf-Langenort, a district of Rostock, and the small marina is situated halfway between Rostock and Warnemünde.

Along the entire stretch of the Unterwarnow a maximum speed of six knots applies. According to the harbour's port regulations, visiting sailors must report to the operator upon arrival, after which they are assigned a berth within the available capacity, and this berth is time-limited.

At the marina there are parking spaces, a bus stop, and a good connection to the motorway as well as to Rostock's city centre. The harbour is situated quietly on the edge of Gehlsdorf.

In Gehlsdorf there are good shopping options such as a bakery and a supermarket. Restaurants and shops can be found about 1.5 km away, as can public facilities such as a post office, doctor and pharmacy, with Gehlsdorf otherwise offering further supply options within the same distance. The district is an old and cosy part of the Hanseatic city of Rostock on the east bank of the Warnow. About two kilometres to the south, a ferry crosses to Kabutzenhof at the western end of Rostock's city harbour, from where the city centre is just minutes away, and the waterfront promenade of Gehlsdorf begins at the ferry landing.
