About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Darsena Toscana is one of six basins within Porto di Viareggio, located at the end of the Canale Burlamacca facing the Tuscan coast. The basin is primarily reserved for fishing boats (motopescherecci) and shipyards, but a section of it – banchina Maestri d'Ascia e Calafati – is set aside for pleasure boats between 11 and 14 metres and is managed by the company Lencisub.
The whole Porto di Viareggio has continuous access and monitors VHF channel 16 around the clock as well as channel 70. Berth depths generally range between 2 and 4 metres across the port's different basins, depending on which basin you are in.
At the quay itself in Darsena Toscana, supply columns providing water and electricity to boats have previously been installed there.
If you have a boat between 11 and 14 metres, you can find a berth in the section of Darsena Toscana reserved for pleasure craft.
