About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Doca do Bom Sucesso is a marina in the Belém district of Lisbon, situated on the bank of the River Tagus just a short distance east of the Torre de Belém. Formerly belonging to the Portuguese Navy, the dock has been opened to pleasure craft and can accommodate up to 160 boats, with berths suitable for vessels up to 15 metres in length.
The marina offers floating footbridges and a reception desk where visiting sailors can check in on arrival.
Water and electricity are available on the footbridges, with additional fuel and water supply on the dock itself. The marina provides waste and oil collection, security and communication systems, and bathroom/shower facilities for berth holders. A boat ramp for launching smaller craft is also available in the area.
Within walking distance you'll find the Torre de Belém, a 16th-century monument recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with the Monument to the Discoveries and other historic landmarks along the river. The surrounding neighbourhood offers restaurants and nightlife, giving you plenty of options for a meal or an evening out after a day on the water. Berth here at this historic dock and step ashore into the heart of Belém's landmarks.
